Description

Job Duties

Stuff, cure, smoke and package meat products
Work with others in a fast-paced team environment.
Learn and follow regulations set by the USDA.
Learn to use and sharpen a knife in an efficient manner.
Be aware of and follow strict safety guidelines.
Willing to work overtime with short notice or the possibility of shorter workdays.
Typical work Schedule: 6:00am to 2:30pm, Monday through Friday
Work hours will vary and are not limited to a 40-hour work week.
