Description

General Description

Perform general duties of Retail team members. Maintain a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly and efficient customer service with an outgoing personality.

Job Duties

Model “CUSTOMER FIRST” customer service.
Enjoys working with the public.
Oversee and process Website orders
Ship orders using the UPS labeling and shipping system.
Reconcile cash register tills each night after closing.
Maintain compliance with USDA regulations regarding food safety.
Work seamlessly and collaboratively in a team environment.
Answer in-person, telephone and/ or email customer questions and practice upselling.
Stock products in the retail store and maintain display cases in always-stocked condition.
Maintain proper product rotation on product age in retail cases.
Assemble and package Holiday gift packs.
Help with daily housekeeping (sweeping, cleaning surfaces, display cases, windows, etc.). .
Tuesday-Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm and Saturdays 8:00am to 2:00pm

Physical Requirements/ Working Conditions

Heavy lifting (Capable of at least 50-80 lbs)
Long periods of walking and standing
Work in a refrigerated environment
