Key Accountabilities
- Provides professional handling of phones, taking messages, maintaining daily schedule, making travel arrangements, and coordinating special projects on an as needed basis.
- Establish and maintain filing system to ensure continuous and orderly office function.
- Support and assist in the writing of policies and procedures, SOP’s as needed.
- Maintain and coordinate senior management’s schedules
- Conduct research and compile data to assist management in decision-making
- Handle special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned

General Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years administrative work with business writing experience required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Proven problem-solving skills and prior background demonstrating sound business judgment
- A good knowledge of the hotel business and its inner workings preferred or willingness and ability to learn.
