Overview: Scentisphere, a scent encapsulation, marketing and printing company is seeking a Project Manager eager to be in a fast-paced, team-focused and growth environment. The candidate must have incredible communication skills and attention to detail. Project management, print production experience is required.

The new member of our Project Management team will be trained in all products, processes, and clients, becoming a value-added member.

Position Description:

Project and print production management, coordination and shipment of varnishes and coatings to suppliers.
Processing sales orders, work orders & purchase orders of multiple projects simultaneously, both one-off projects and annuitized, ongoing business.
Support of Account Management Team with projects, customer sampling and sales requests.
Collaborating with Operations Manager, Estimating, Production & Sales team on project planning and implementation.
Assist Estimating Department to help produce quotes on various projects.
Roll up the sleeves attitude with an open-minded approach to bring all projects to fruition from inception to delivery.

Required Skills and Expertise:

Print production experience (minimum 3 years)
Project management and/or customer service experience (at least 3 years)
Strong written and phone communication skills required.
Attention to detail and quality management; solutions-oriented, self-starter.
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, And Word.
Proven track record working well in a team environment.
