Job Description
Position Title: Selector
Reports To: Warehouse Supervisor
Overview
Selectors are responsible for accurately filling orders placed by Huck’s stores. This position plays a key role in ensuring stores receive the products they need in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Select and fill store orders accurately from the assigned warehouse area each day.
- Maintain and correctly use the handheld device assigned to you for order selection.
- Meet or exceed established productivity rates for your assigned area.
- Ensure all products are handled with care to prevent damage.
- Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Job responsibilities may not be limited to selection only. As a CWD associate, you may be required to assist with other job duties if there are business needs.
Job Requirements
- Ability to lift at least 45 lbs. regularly.
- Ability to stand, walk, and work on your feet for up to 10 hours per day.
- Ability to meet or exceed the expected productivity rate consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
