 What You’ll Do

As the Children’s Group Home Administrator, you will:

• Ensure all regulatory standards are met (Title 17 & 22)
• Lead, coach & inspire staff to deliver world-class care
• Manage staffing, schedules, and training for the home
• Oversee daily facility operations, documentation, and audits
• Communicate regularly with families, conservators & service coordinators
• Maintain safety compliance and respond to emergencies
• Coordinate medical appointments and follow-up care
• Serve as part of the on-call rotation
• Uphold Redwood’s zero-tolerance policy on abuse and neglect

Your leadership will directly enhance the quality of life for the children we support.


 What We’re Looking For

Required:
7+ years experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities (Level 4I or higher)
2+ years supervisory experience
Children’s Group Home Certification
DSP I & II
Bachelor’s degree or higher

Preferred:
3+ years management experience
Strong communication, organizational & problem-solving skills
