Warehouse Nightshift Manager - Carnegie

The Wholesale Nightshift Manger is responsible for inventory control, budgeting, and supervision of their team. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
• Manage the operation of the distribution center by routinely reviewing the profit and loss measurement tools and determining appropriate timely response.
• Have processes in place to manage inventory, equipment, expenses, security and financial/cash management.
• Set goals and objectives for your employees to obtain and follow up on the progress towards these goals throughout the year through performance management and review. 
• Manage a consistent delivery system that meets the needs and expectations of our customers.
• Hire, schedule and oversee supervision of distribution center team.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License
• Acceptable MVR and Background Check

• Ability to lift 20 – 80 pounds
