Business Improvement Coordinator

Job Description:

Process Improvement & Project Activities

Support the mapping, documentation, and improvement of core business processes across departments and in identifying bottlenecks in sales and service processes.

Identify inefficiencies and assist in developing and documenting streamlined workflows across teams that contribute to improving customer response and internal execution timelines.

Support the execution of cross-functional projects and initiatives.

Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and stakeholder communication.

Reporting & Data Support

Assist in developing and maintaining operational dashboards and KPI reporting, working with leadership to turn data into actionable insights.

Support data collection and validation across Sales, Service, and Operations, ensuring accuracy and consistency of business performance reporting.

HR & People Operations Support

Assist with onboarding coordination, training and other employee lifecycle processes.

Ensure smooth execution of HR operational processes in partnership with HR leadership, updating employee records, supporting engagement and communication activities.  

Compensation Information:

$60,000-$70,000
