Concordia Group is seeking an experienced Tower Crew Chief (Foreman) to lead Tower Technicians in the construction, installation, and maintenance of wireless communication systems.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who prioritizes safety, takes pride in quality work, and is passionate about developing technicians into future leaders.
 
Compensation & Perks
  • Pay Range: $33.00 – $39.00 per hour (based on experience, certifications, and skill level) PLUS sign on bonus and annual bonus

Position Overview

As a Crew Chief, you are responsible for leading a team of 1–4 Tower Technicians and ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. You are the primary point of accountability on-site and a direct link between the field and the home office.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, supervise, and mentor Tower Technicians
  • Plan and execute daily construction activities
  • Oversee all job site operations, including:
    • Materials and inventory
    • Tools and equipment
    • Workforce coordination
  • Develop, implement, and report:
    • Daily construction plans
    • Materials lists and requests
  • Conduct Job Hazard Assessments (JHA) and daily safety tailgate meetings
  • Enforce all safety protocols—no exceptions
  • Ensure quality installation of antennas, radios, fiber, and RF systems
  • Communicate daily progress and updates to leadership
  • Train and develop crew members for advancement into leadership roles

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as a telecom foreman or lead technician
  • Proven experience managing and leading field crews
  • Authorized Climber Certification (required)
  • Anritsu Sweep Certification
  • Commscope Connector Tool Certification
  • NSN or Ericsson PTID certifications
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to climb 200–300 feet and work in all weather conditions
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs
  • Willingness to travel for extended durations
