What You'll Do

  • Provide administrative support to the Sales Team through a variety of means including product entry, order form management, communication, and database management
  • Assist in the planning, managing, and executing of our New Product Presentation Meetings
  • Assist with the administration of HubSpot, Edelweiss, and tyndalebooksellers.com
  • Manage order forms
  • Oversee in-house logistics for Corporate Conference Team
  • Support the Sales leadership team with special projects as assigned


Skills and Qualifications Needed

  • A heart for serving others
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan ahead, juggle multiple projects, and maintain a meticulous eye for detail
  • A team player and excellent communicator who enjoys engaging with a variety of people
  • General technical aptitude, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, along with a basic understanding of databases
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
  • Personal alignment with and adherence to the Bible as God’s Word, and agreement with our Statement of Faith
