Job DetailsJob Location: Corporate Headquarters - Carol Stream, IL 60188Salary Range: $107,000.00 - $133,000.00 Salary/yearPosition Summary - We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead the design and integration of mechanical systems at a system level. This role focuses on defining scalable, high-performance mechanical architectures and collaborating across teams to deliver robust, compliant solutions.   Key Responsibilities  Define and develop mechanical system architecture aligned with product and business requirements Lead integration of mechanical components into cohesive systems across disciplines (R&D, electrical, manufacturing) Translate requirements into technical specifications and design standards Ensure compliance with industry standards (UL, CE, CSA, NSF) Drive design reviews, validation strategy, and issue resolution Support project planning, timelines, and technical decision-making Qualifications  Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Mechatronics or similar Engineering (or relevant work experience) 5+ years in mechanical design with system-level experience Strong proficiency in SolidWorks Experience integrating complex mechanical systems Knowledge of manufacturing processes and regulatory standards Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills Experience with manufacturing and electromechanical devices is preferred Benefits Health Insurance: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.
