About the Role:

Christopher's Pizza in Carolina Shores, NC is looking for passionate, hardworking Back of House Staff to join our kitchen team! If you love the fast-paced energy of a pizzeria and take pride in crafting delicious food, we want to hear from you. Come be part of a team that serves up great food and even better vibes.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and assemble pizzas and other menu items according to restaurant recipes and standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment at all times
Operate kitchen equipment including ovens, prep stations, and slicers safely and efficiently
Monitor food quality and freshness, ensuring proper storage and rotation (FIFO)
Support fellow kitchen staff during high-volume rushes to ensure timely order fulfillment
Assist with receiving and stocking food and supply deliveries
Follow all food safety and health code regulations

Requirements:

Prior kitchen, food prep, or restaurant experience preferred but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-temperature kitchen environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and consistency
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one
