About the Role:

Christopher's Pizza in Carolina Shores, NC is looking for a passionate and skilled Pizza Cook to join our kitchen team! Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook pizzas and menu items to order, following established recipes and quality standards
Stretch, top, and bake pizzas using proper dough handling techniques
Operate and maintain pizza ovens, ensuring consistent cook times and temperatures
Monitor food quality, freshness, and presentation before sending orders out
Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and compliant with food safety standards
Assist with prepping ingredients, sauces, and toppings at the start of each shift
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment

Requirements:

Prior experience as a pizza cook, line cook, or in a similar kitchen role preferred
Knowledge of dough handling, pizza preparation, and oven operation
Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and consistency
Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
