About the Role:

Christopher's Pizza in Carolina Shores, NC is looking for a passionate Pizza Maker/Line Cook to join our kitchen crew! If you love crafting delicious food and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity to bring your skills to a team that takes pride in every slice.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and stretch pizza dough, apply sauces, and assemble toppings to order
Operate pizza ovens and monitor cook times to ensure consistent, high-quality results
Execute line cook duties including prep work, cooking, and plating menu items
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout each shift
Follow food safety and handling guidelines at all times
Restock ingredients and communicate low inventory to kitchen management
Work efficiently during high-volume rushes while maintaining food quality and speed

Requirements:

Prior experience as a pizza maker, line cook, or in a similar kitchen role preferred
Familiarity with pizza prep, dough handling, and oven operation is a plus
Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced, hot kitchen environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and consistency
Reliable, punctual, and a team-oriented attitude
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
