About the Role:
Christopher's Pizza in Carolina Shores, NC is looking for a passionate Pizza Maker/Line Cook to join our kitchen crew! If you love crafting delicious food and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity to bring your skills to a team that takes pride in every slice.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and stretch pizza dough, apply sauces, and assemble toppings to order
- Operate pizza ovens and monitor cook times to ensure consistent, high-quality results
- Execute line cook duties including prep work, cooking, and plating menu items
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout each shift
- Follow food safety and handling guidelines at all times
- Restock ingredients and communicate low inventory to kitchen management
- Work efficiently during high-volume rushes while maintaining food quality and speed
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a pizza maker, line cook, or in a similar kitchen role preferred
- Familiarity with pizza prep, dough handling, and oven operation is a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced, hot kitchen environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and consistency
- Reliable, punctual, and a team-oriented attitude
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
