About the Role:

Christopher's Pizza in Carolina Shores, NC is looking for an energetic and dependable Restaurant Shift Leader to join our team! This is a great opportunity to step into a leadership role at a beloved local pizza spot where great food and great people come together. Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff during assigned shifts
Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet restaurant standards
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
Open and/or close the restaurant following proper procedures and checklists
Train and coach team members to maintain high performance and service standards
Process cash handling, POS transactions, and end-of-shift reporting

Requirements:

1+ years of experience in a restaurant or food service leadership role
Strong communication and team leadership skills
Ability to multitask and stay calm in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Reliable, punctual, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Experience with POS systems and cash handling preferred
Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset
