Master Scheduler

We are seeking another Master Scheduler to add to our GROWING team!! The Master Schedulers oversee production schedules, coordinate workflow across departments, and ensure on-time delivery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules and S&OP plans 
• Coordinate workflow between departments and work centers 
• Optimize labor, material levels, and production capacity 
• Manage ERP/MRP scheduling data and release job orders 
• Track production performance and prepare management reports 
• Collaborate with customers, engineering, purchasing, and manufacturing teams 
• Support continuous improvement and ISO-compliant processes 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field 
• 7+ years of manufacturing planning/scheduling experience 
• Strong ERP/MRP and Microsoft Office skills 
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities 
• Experience in ISO manufacturing environments preferred
