Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with planning and organizing travel experiences based on their interests and preferences
  • Research lodging options, transportation, cruises, resorts, and vacation packages using approved systems and resources

  • Provide clients with helpful travel information, available options, and recommendations that align with their goals and budget
  • Communicate with clients through email, phone, and online messaging platforms in a professional manner
  • Support clients with itinerary adjustments, booking updates, and general service-related requests
  • Maintain organized records, booking notes, and client documentation
  • Attend online trainings, team meetings, and educational sessions to stay updated on industry information and tools
