As a Bottling Line Lead, you'll help lead daily operations on an assigned bottling line to ensure safety, quality, and production goals are met. You'll work hands-on with the team to prepare the line for production, monitor performance, complete required documentation, and help troubleshoot issues throughout the shift. This role is ideal for someone who has manufacturing experience, takes initiative, and enjoys helping a team stay organized, productive, and focused on doing things right.

Shift A works Sunday - Tuesday (6:00AM ā 6:00PM) and Wednesdays (6AM ā 12PM).
What You'll Do
- Lead and support assigned team members to achieve daily safety, quality, productivity, and production targets.
- Conduct daily startup meetings, review Tier I performance boards, and ensure required production paperwork and quality checks are completed accurately.
- Ensure the bottling line is properly set up and ready for production, including verifying bottles, caps, labels, and other required materials.
- Monitor line performance, identify production or quality issues, and use problem-solving tools to help minimize downtime and support the line's zero-loss goals.
- Support line changeovers, quality inspections, housekeeping, safety procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives while providing day-to-day guidance to team members.

Required
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, bottling, packaging, or warehouse environment.
- Ability to lead and communicate effectively with team members while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including 12-hour shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as business needs require.
Preferred
- Previous experience as a lead, trainer, senior operator, or other role providing direction to employees in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience operating or supporting automated bottling, filling, packaging, labeling, or case packing equipment.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Six Sigma, root cause analysis, or other continuous improvement and problem-solving methods.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and safely perform hands-on work throughout a 12-hour production shift.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and frequently bend, kneel, squat, reach, push, pull, and climb stairs or ladders.
- Ability to work around moving mechanical equipment and in a manufacturing environment with exposure to loud noise, wet or humid conditions, and varying temperatures.
