Responsibilities:
- Present and sell vehicle protection plans, maintenance packages, and aftermarket products
- Educate customers on available accessories and protection options
- Build value by recommending products that fit each customer's needs
- Coordinate accessory installations with the service department
- Maintain accurate paperwork and customer records
- Help achieve monthly sales and profitability goals while providing an exceptional customer experience
Requirements
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Professional appearance and customer-first mindset
- Automotive dealership experience is a plus but not required
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Must be willing to submit to a drug and background screen prior to employment
