Overview Â
The Technical Production Coordinator will be responsible for the configuration, testing, and shipping of network equipment for new customers’ projects as needed.Â

The starting pay for the Technical Production Coordinator is $21/hr.Â
The shift for this role is Monday through Friday 8:30-5:30pm CSTÂ
 Â
Responsibilities Â
Unbox, configure, test, and pack mobile routers, Wi-Fi access points, VoIP equipment, and other network equipmentÂ
Unbox, configure, test, and pack security cameras, recorders and alarm equipmentÂ
Unbox and install CCTV, network and alarm equipment into cabinetsÂ
Record, track, and provide follow-up on equipment fulfillmentÂ
Field requests for the status of service and installation part fulfillment requestsÂ
Â
Qualifications Â
High School Diploma or GEDÂ
Basic knowledge of personal computers and peripherals Â
Basic knowledge of computer networksÂ
Basic knowledge of electronics and wiring Â
Basic knowledge of the use of hand tools and power toolsÂ
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office suite of applications (Outlook and Excel specifically).Â
Entry level knowledge of Fortinet routers and switches helpful but not requiredÂ
Ability to lift 50 poundsÂ
Attention to detailÂ
Ability to learn and adapt quicklyÂ
Ability to multitaskÂ
Good organizational skillsÂ
Logical troubleshooting skillsÂ
