Pay: $19.00/hour Why You'll Love It: You will spend your day actively engaged in on-site and off-site activities Be part of a large, supportive team Receive paid training and certifications (CPR, First Aid, Med Aide & more) What You'll Do: Provide direct care and supervision to individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities in a day program setting. Support individuals in developing life, social, and vocational skills through structured activities. Assist individuals with personal care needs as required while maintaining dignity and respect. Facilitate group activities, community outings, and skill-building programs. Monitor individuals' safety, health, and well-being throughout the day. Document services, progress, and incidents according to program and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with supervisors and team members to support individualized support plans. Promote independence, inclusion, and positive engagement for all participants. Other duties as needed. Valid driver's license and proof of personal automotive insurance if transporting individuals in personal vehicle. Must posses or be able to obtain a class E driver's license. Ability to complete all agency required training and certifications within 90 days of hire (CPR/First Aid certification, Level One Med Aid Certification, Abuse/Neglect training, etc.) as required by agency and DMH.
