Job Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Field Service Technician. This position offers on-the-job training with a 90-day trial period to ensure the candidate's compatibility with our team and operations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic work environment, possess strong technical skills, and demonstrate a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Service Installation
- Provisioning hosted phone systems for clients.
- Programming routers and assisting with internet installations for business customers.
Service Repair
Trouble Identification
Site Surveys
Cabling
- Installation of Cat5/6 cable for voice and data networks.

Requirements:

Demonstrated ability to install Cat6 cable and troubleshoot network issues.
Proficiency in provisioning hosted phone systems.
Familiarity with router programming and internet installation procedures.
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a willingness to learn.
Good driving record with reliable transportation.
Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
