Key Responsibilities: - Assemble insulated glass units from raw materials, adhering to company standards and specifications. - Operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently to produce high-quality glass products. - Inspect finished products for defects to ensure they meet quality control standards. - Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency. - Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. - Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. - Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly. - Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of production equipment as needed. - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and product quality.QualificationsRequired Education: - High school diploma or equivalent is required.
