We have Optical Laboratories in Louisville, KY and Fort Lauderdale, FL and manage many optical stores across the US and Puerto Rico. At PDS Optical, we are committed to delivering exceptional eyewear and outstanding service to our Veterans. We're seeking multiple Georgia Licensed Optician's to join our team at the Trinka Davis VA in Carorollton, GA and help us uphold our mission of providing GREAT Veteran CARE!

Position Details:

• Full-time | Monday - Friday| 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• No nights and rotating Saturdays
• Pay Range: $20-26/hour
• Sign-on Bonus: $5,000.00 
  • $2,500 after 30 days of employment
  • $2,500 after 6 months of employment

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service to Veterans.
• Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
• Work collaboratively to foster a positive and productive environment.
• Comply with security clearance requirements by successfully passing a background check.

Qualifications:

• Georgia Optician license required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Skilled in fitting, adjusting, repairing, and selling eyewear.
• Proficient in using lensometers, pupilometers, and computers.
• Knowledge of VA benefits and discounts for optical services.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
