Job Description/Responsibilities

The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading day-to-day manufacturing operations to ensure safety, quality, and production targets are achieved. This role is hands-on and team-focused, driving performance through strong leadership, clear communication, and continuous improvement. You’ll play a key role in developing team members while partnering across departments to keep operations running efficiently in a fast-paced beverage manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead production teams to meet safety, quality, and efficiency goals
  • Supervise, coach, and develop team members through training and performance management
  • Monitor production processes and ensure compliance with GMPs, safety standards, and company policies
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce waste
  • Partner cross-functionally with QA, maintenance, and supply chain teams to support operations

Qualifications/Requirements

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

  • Experience in food, beverage, or CPG manufacturing
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement practices
  • Experience working with ERP systems and production reporting tools

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance
  • Ability to stand, walk, and work in a manufacturing environment for extended periods
  • Ability to work an 8-hour shift and overtime as needed

The annual salary range for this role is $75,000 to $94,000 yearly. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal pay equity considerations.
