How You’ll Make a Difference
Your work ensures our reporting is accurate, our projects stay on track, and our leadership team has the insight they need to make sound decisions.
This role plays a key part in our monthly close process and in maintaining the financial integrity of every project we touch.
What You’ll Do
Support the monthly accounting close and reporting cycle, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and Percentage of Completion (POC) entries
Monitor vendor and subcontractor invoices, commissions, compliance documentation, and overall project financial activity
Generate and analyze reports including Payroll, A/R, A/P, Contract Status, and Job Cost, identifying discrepancies and trends
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, audit support, and continuous improvement of workflows, procedures, and internal controls
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3+ years of project accounting experience with solid knowledge of GAAP and standard accounting practices (Experience with WIP or Percentage of Completion (POC) accounting is a plus, not a requirement)
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with accounting/ERP systems such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar platforms
Highly detail-oriented, organized, and analytical, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a deadline-driven, evolving environment
