Two years of experience.
*Assists with inventory Functions to include Physical product count, Data entry and printing of all necessary reports.
*Establishes Purchasing based on business needs Taking into account current Sales volume trends, Patient census and Catering needs and assures conformance with established food purchasing policies and procedures.
*Maintains proper levels of food, Paper and other necessary supplies for the efficient operation of the Food and Nutrition Services Department, Following a Just in Time Lean level of inventory.
*Maintains Proper sanitation and cleanliness throughout the storage and Refrigeration areas assuring compliance with Joint Commission and Health Code standards.
*Receives and stores Food and Supplies in a timely and safe manner and according to F.I.F.O. and HACCP guidelines.
Compliance Statement
