As the shift leader, you will lead people, ensure we execute outstanding product quality and customer service, build sales and control costs for the restaurant.


People

  • Demonstrate and reinforce Marco's leadership behaviors and values.
  • Create an environment that promotes the company culture and philosophies to attract, retain and develop our people.
  • Train team members on company processes, customer service, and updated policies and procedures to ensure we are a world class operation.


Sales and Product

  • Ensure standards are maintained for product quality, service speed, cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Manage and organize all positions each shift and delegates duties to team members.
  • Support production as needed.
  • Support local store marketing and promotions.


Leadership

  • Open and close shifts without supervision.
  • Ensure standards are maintained for product quality, service speed and quality, cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Ensure proper security and verification procedures are met when handling deposits and the contents of the safe.
  • Deliver great guest service every time and resolve customer complaints and issues as they arise.
  • Control food costs, labor, waste, and cash while leading shifts.
  • Responsible for accurate daily deposits and cash handling procedures.
