Come join our team at VCA Carrollton Animal Hospital. We are seeking a CVPM or experienced, enthusiastic, and committed veterinary hospital manager to join our leadership team in Carrollton, Georgia.

Our hospital has been serving the community for over 20 years and is eager to welcome a dynamic and talented manager with a passion for team development, financial management, and customer service. This role requires a leader with strong interpersonal and organizational skills who is motivated to develop strategies and promote a high level of care and growth within the hospital.

Leveraging your strong interpersonal and organizational skills, you will spearhead strategic initiatives that ensure the delivery of high-quality care while driving sustainable growth.

Responsibilities may include, not limited to:

  • The recruitment, interviewing, hiring, reviewing, disciplining and termination of employees.
  • Establishment of work schedules and the ability to monitor daily flow of the hospital to ensure smooth operation and consistency
  • The ability to mediate interpersonal disputes and reinforce the team culture of the practice
  • Positively represent the hospital in the professional community and to the general public.
  • Identifying and addressing issues with the veterinary software with a strong IT foundation to support improved efficiency.
