In this exciting and fast-paced environment, you will play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences by delivering exceptional service and expertly crafted beverages. The Bartender is responsible for providing timely, friendly, and professional drink service while supporting casino operations, including assisting with jackpots and guest transactions. Swing Shift  Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including specialty cocktails, with accuracy and creativity. Deliver outstanding guest service by engaging with customers in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner. Assist with witnessing or paying slot jackpots in accordance with company procedures. Provide change for guests playing at the bar and ensure all cash handling is accurate and secure. Utilize the InfoGenesis system to process orders and transactions efficiently (experience preferred). Collaborate closely with cocktail servers and team members to ensure seamless and efficient service. Maintain a calm, professional demeanor in a high-energy, fast-paced casino environment. Demonstrate the ability to work independently while maintaining high service and operational standards. Receive and apply feedback positively to support professional growth and team success. Perform additional duties as assigned to support the Beverage department and overall guest experience. Previous bartending experience required. Must have previous experience in handling cash. Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language. Must successfully complete alcohol certification class. Must have the ability to responsibly monitor alcohol consumption to ensure the safety of our guests. Additional Requirements: Must have the ability to successfully interact with all levels of team members and management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Must present a well-groomed appearance.  The ability to successfully interact with all levels of team members and management.  Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, with variable overtime.  Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights and dust.
