We're looking for a skilled Vane Post Machinist to join our aerospace manufacturing team. In this role, you'll set up and operate CNC equipment to machine and repair critical aircraft engine components in an FAA-regulated environment. This is precision work where quality, attention to detail, and following established processes matter.

Shift: Primarily Monday-Friday (schedule flexibility required; days and hours may vary based on business needs, including weekends) |10:30 PM-7:00 AM
Shift Differential: $2-$4/hour based on assigned workdays
Sign-On Bonus: $1,000
What You'll Do
- Set up and operate CNC machining equipment used in vane component repair and manufacturing
- Machine and repair precision aerospace components to tight tolerances
- Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical drawings
- Set up tooling, fixtures, and materials for machining operations
- Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, depth gauges, pi tapes, and other precision measuring tools
- Change tooling and adjust machine feeds and speeds as needed
- Complete required inspection and production documentation
- Perform routine machine maintenance
- Safely operate overhead cranes as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Support continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing initiatives
