About the Role:
The Service Tech I plays a critical role in supporting construction operations by providing essential maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting services for construction equipment and machinery. Minimum Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:
- Completion of a vocational or technical training program related to heavy equipment maintenance or repair.

- Familiarity with hydraulic and electrical systems used in construction machinery.
- Certification in OSHA safety standards or other relevant safety training.
- Basic welding or fabrication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on construction equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using diagnostic tools and equipment manuals.
- Assist senior technicians in repairing and replacing faulty components on various types of construction machinery.

- Communicate effectively with equipment operators and project supervisors to report equipment status and recommend maintenance schedules.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while working on-site and in the workshop.
- Support inventory management by tracking tools, parts, and supplies needed for maintenance tasks.
