About the Role

Oversee Night Operations: Manage all night shift warehouse functions including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping, ensuring timely and accurate order processing and coordination with day shift teams.
Lead and Develop Staff: Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse personnel, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring adherence to company policies and performance standards.
Maintain Inventory Accuracy: Implement inventory control procedures, conduct regular cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies to ensure accurate stock management.
Ensure Safety and Compliance: Enforce OSHA, HACCP, and company safety standards through inspections, audits, and staff training to promote a safe workplace.
Manage Quality and Facility Standards: Uphold product quality and warehouse cleanliness, address maintenance issues, and prepare regular operational and safety reports.

What you bring to the Pak

Experience: 3–5 years in warehouse or logistics management, preferably within a cold storage or distribution environment.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.
Certifications: OSHA or HACCP certification preferred; forklift certification a plus.
Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities; excellent organizational and time management skills; proficient with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures; effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills; capable of working independently under pressure.

Salary Range: $65,000 – $75,000 annually

The range listed is the Company’s good-faith estimate of the annual base salary for this position at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, location, internal equity, and market factors, consistent with applicable pay transparency laws.
