Overview

The 84 Components Production Coordinator position is responsible for assisting with all administrative related duties in support of production.

 

 


Responsibilities

Essential Functions

  • Handle all required preparatory paperwork
  • Batch jobs and assign production tasks
  • Prepare delivery packs
  • Tag trusses
  • Assist with inventory
  • Other duties as assigned to aid production
Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibilities. 
 
Work Environment
This incumbent has some exposure to wet, humid, extremely hot, and/or extremely cold conditions. 
 
Physical Demands
This position involves a lot of sitting, use of hands, speaking, and listening.  There is some standing, walking, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling. 
 
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Hours of work depends on hours of operations; 40+ hours per week.  
 
Travel
No travel is expected for this position. 

Qualifications

Competencies

  • Word processing software
  • Spreadsheet software
  • Ability to read and comprehend documents (i.e., policy and procedure manuals), write routine reports and correspondence, and speak/present in front of a small group

 

Preferred Education and Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or related experience and/or training.
