Position Summary

  • Provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department by coordinating information, documentation, workflows, and communication. 
  • Supports employees who serve our students and community while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality.


Education & Experience Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree from an accredited institution OR
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of progressively responsible administrative support experience


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain personnel records and HR documentation in a secure, organized manner
  • Respond to HR inquiries and prepare routine communications and materials
  • Support onboarding, background screenings, and document workflows
  • Enter and maintain data within HR systems (e.g., ADP, SharePoint)
  • Coordinate meetings, calendars, and HR-related activities
  • Track processes, documentation, and deadlines to support compliance

Work Environment
