Job Description

Scott Petroleum Corporation is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for those seeking to gain experience in a customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Orders and Customer Service:

  • Handling customer orders by phone and in person
  • Dispatch delivery orders to drivers
  • Maintaining daily and monthly inventory totals 
  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Provide information about products
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and efficiently

Safety and Compliance:

  • Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling and store security

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills for operating cash registers and recording transactions.
