ABOUT THE ROLE
We are always looking for reliable, hardworking people to join our cleaning crews. Schedules vary by location and contract, but most of our positions are afternoon and evening shifts, Monday through Friday.

WHAT THE JOB LOOKS LIKE
Day-to-day responsibilities vary by site but typically include:
- Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming throughout the facility
- Emptying and replacing trash liners
- Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms thoroughly each shift
- Wiping and disinfecting surfaces, desks, counters, and high-touch areas
- Cleaning interior windows and glass on scheduled intervals
- Maintaining a clean, organized, professional appearance throughout the building
- Following the DNC Standard — our system for making sure the job is actually done right

We hire for character first. Experience is a plus, but it is not required — we will train the right person from day one.

OUR STANDARD
Every DNC employee learns the 4 Checks from day one:
1. Visual — Does it look clean at first glance?
2. Touch — Does it feel clean when you touch it?
3. Completion — Is everything on the list actually done?
4. Standard — Is it ready for anyone to walk in right now?
If it does not pass all 4 Checks, it is not done. That is how we define clean — and it is what separates our team from everyone else.
