Baptist Memorial Health Care is seeking a dynamic and experienced health care leader to serve as Administrator & CEO of Baptist Memorial Hospital-Leake. This executive role offers the opportunity to lead a respected community hospital while advancing quality care, operational excellence, and strategic growth.
The Opportunity
As Administrator & CEO, you will provide overall leadership for hospital operations, partnering closely with market and system leadership to drive financial performance, quality outcomes, patient satisfaction, physician engagement, and team member excellence. You will help shape the future of health care delivery while fostering a culture grounded in Baptist's mission and values.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead hospital operations and strategic initiatives.
- Drive quality, patient safety, service excellence, and financial performance.
- Build strong partnerships with physicians, clinical leaders, and community stakeholders.
- Foster an engaged, high-performing workforce.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
- Advance growth and community awareness of the Baptist brand.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Administration, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- 6+ years of progressive health care leadership experience in a hospital setting.
- Proven success leading operational, financial, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Strong understanding of health care trends, compliance, and managed care environments.
