About the Role:
Join the Lawn Maintenance Crew at Master Outdoor Solutions, where your passion for landscaping meets a rewarding career! As a vital part of our team, you'll help create and maintain beautiful outdoor spaces for our valued clients.Â
Responsibilities:
- Perform lawn care services including mowing, trimming, and edging.
- Assist in landscape / Irrigation installations.Â
- Maintain and operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure job sites are clean and organized after each service.
- Communicate with clients to address their landscaping needs and preferences.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve project goals.
- Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping preferred, but not required. (We will train)
- Knowledge of turf management and horticulture practices.
- Ability to operate lawn care equipment and tools effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and physical environments.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and tools.
