Responsibilities

Install acrylic bath and shower systems in residential homes
Complete installations according to company standards and quality expectations
Perform carpentry, trim work, and light construction as needed
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the project
Educate customers on product care and maintenance
Document completed work and submit required job-site photos
Ensure projects are completed efficiently while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in remodeling, carpentry, construction, or installation work
Strong measuring and problem-solving skills
Experience using power tools, including drills, jigsaws, and related equipment
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds
Basic plumbing experience preferred
Detail-oriented with strong customer service skills
Reliable work ethic and ability to work independently
