This role is vital to our salon's daily operations, team development, and client satisfaction. You'll help foster a positive, welcoming environment for both our clients and team members. This area of Cary is fast growing and has some of the highest incomes in the entire Triangle area.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing and supervising daily salon operations
Provide guidance, support, and development for hair stylists and coordinators
Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction
Assist in recruiting, training, and onboarding new team members
Collaborate with the Salon Manager to achieve revenue and sales goals
Stay updated on industry trends and share knowledge with the team

Qualifications:

Valid NC Cosmetology license
Previous leadership experience in a salon environment preferred
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Knowledge of beauty products sold in-store
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
Flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends
