You will be embedded in our core operations team, building and maintaining internal tools and integrations that directly support our sales, trade, and administrative functions. The role is hands-on and varied - one day you may be building an automation pipeline, the next debugging an API integration or setting up a new internal system.This role comes with significant learning scope. You will gain practical exposure to AI agent frameworks, cloud infrastructure, CRM ecosystems, third-party API integrations, and real international business operations simultaneously. Requirements
Solid Python - able to write clean, working scripts and small applications independentlyConfident consuming and debugging REST APIsBasic cloud experience (GCP or AWS) - deploying services, managing secrets, reading logsGit and version controlStrong troubleshooting instincts - you figure things out rather than waiting for answersClear written and verbal communication with non-technical colleagues
Experience with AI/LLM frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, or similar)Familiarity with CRM platforms (Zoho, Salesforce, or similar)Webhook-driven and event-based system designWeb scraping tools (Playwright, Puppeteer, BeautifulSoup)Basic front-end skills (HTML/CSS/JS) for building internal toolsExposure to business messaging APIs (WhatsApp, LINE, or similar)
