Lamination Operator

Summary:
Join Millennium Print Group as a Lamination Operator! We’re looking for a skilled Lamination Operator to join our team in Raleigh, NC. If you’re passionate about high-quality production and mastering manufacturing equipment, this is your chance to contribute to products loved around the world.

Location: Raleigh, NC

What You'll Do:

Operate and maintain lamination equipment to produce high-quality products.
Prepare for each production run by reviewing job tickets, materials, and schedules.
Perform machine make-readies, troubleshoot, and conduct routine maintenance.
Inspect products for quality, document results, and report issues to supervisors.
Monitor inventory, communicate supply needs, and accurately record time and materials in MIS.
Participate in training and development to expand knowledge of lamination operations.

What You'll Bring:

High School diploma or equivalent.
5+ years of manufacturing or machine operator experience.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer proficiency and attention to detail.
