This position will float between our Cary clinics: Working as a floating Physical Therapist between these clinics offers a unique blend of variety, growth, and flexibility. You’ll gain exposure to diverse patient populations and experienced clinical teams, helping you expand your skillset while avoiding the monotony of a single-site routine. Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and create individualized plans of care

Deliver hands-on, patient centered treatment and education

Monitor progress and adjust care plans to achieve meaningful outcomes

Qualifications

Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice)
Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care
CPR and first aid certification required

About

Compensation: $77,000 - $95,000 + inclusive of productivity incentives. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
