Join Our Team at Prestonwood Country Club!
Are you outgoing, friendly, and passionate about delivering exceptional service? We are currently hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Restaurant Servers to join our talented team at Prestonwood Country Club's Red Fox Restaurant. Work alongside a fantastic staff while getting to know our wonderful members in a warm and welcoming club environment!
What You’ll Do
- Provide exceptional service to members and guests
- Take food and beverage orders and enter them accurately into our POS system
- Deliver meals and drinks efficiently and professionally
- Collaborate with the team to create a memorable dining experience
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of a la carte server experience preferred
- Bartending experience is a plus
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for hospitality
- Ability to carry food trays and lift as needed
- POS experience helpful, but not required—we’ll train you!
What We Offer
- Competitive pay: $16–$20 per hour, based on experience
(Note: We are a non-tipping establishment)
- Complimentary meal each shift
- Uniforms provided
- 401(k) with company match for both full-time and part-time employees after 6 months
- Full-time benefits include: Medical, dental, and vision coverage after 30 days, plus paid time off and sick/personal days
