Pay: $15.00–$18.50/hour based on experience

Who You Are

• Veterinary Assistant with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
• At least 1 year of experience in a veterinary setting preferred
• Comfortable answering phones and working with clients
• Confident, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Self-sufficient but also a team player
• Anesthesia and surgery monitoring experience is a plus

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assisting with patient care and supporting DVMs during exams
• Surgery monitoring
• Answering phones and assisting clients
• Checking patients in and out
• Providing clear and compassionate client communication
• Supporting general hospital workflow and team needs
• Helping out with kennel care during holiday shifts (we all pitch in!)

Schedule

• Part-time: 10–15 hours per week
• Flexible scheduling based on hospital needs
• Occasional holiday coverage may be requested
