Mechanical Maintenance Technician I - Nights 

Competitive Compensation: Starting at $33.75 per hour with shift differential pay increase at $1.50 per hour. 
 

Shift: Night Shift, 3-1-3 Rotating Schedule (on Fri, Sat & Sun. Off Mon. On Tues, Wed & Thurs-then reverse), 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM.

We are seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join our Casa Grande team, supporting the production of high-quality plumbing products and fixtures. In this role, you will troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and recondition machinery and mechanical/electrical equipment, while also performing facility maintenance tasks such as building systems, lighting, plumbing, and HVAC. Working under a Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll play a key part in ensuring operational efficiency and reliability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.


 
Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities

 • Perform general maintenance and work on all machines and equipment.

 • Provide electrical/electronic and mechanical diagnostics.

 • Perform repairs to process machinery, equipment, and controls within assigned work area.

• Perform all required preventative and predictive maintenance procedures on process machinery and equipment within assigned work areas.

 • Proficiently utilize a wide variety of tools and instrumentation including, but not limited to, voltage tester, ammeter, megger, oscilloscope, hand tools, power tools, personal computers, vibration analyzers, and laser measurement equipment.

• Assist in resolving maintenance-related process problems which may require the proficient operation of that equipment.

 • Maintain technical competence in advancing technology via frequent training courses, on-the-job training, and vendor programs.

• WORKING CONDITIONS - Heavy industrial environment, including, but not limited to exposure to heat, cold, dust, dirt, coolants, oils, noise, heights, and confined spaces.

Key Qualifications   
 

  • Must be able to work in the US without restrictions or sponsorship. 

  • Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.  

  • Must be at least 18 years old.

 

Preferred Qualifications 
• An associate degree in Industrial Mechanical Maintenance or similar field
  of study.
• Previous experience 3 years preferred with the installation, frequency, drive, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems. 
• A natural ability for problem-solving and continuous improvement in the
  areas of safety, quality, and productivity.

  • Physical Capability: Ability to perform the essential duties of the position, including bending, lifting, and pushing weights of up to 40 pounds or more. Physical ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.  

  • Screening: Successful completion of a drug screen and background check. Employment will be subject to a demonstrated maintenance competency via a standardized knowledge check.
