Job DetailsJob Location: CAMPUS - Casa Grande, AZ 85122Position Type: Full-timeJob Shift: 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-FridaySTATEMENT OF PURPOSE: Contribute to the clinic safety and efficient operations by maintaining and distributing supplies and maintaining the function, cleanliness and appearance of the clinic. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Provide daily support and back-up for Building Maintenance Coordinator including facility safety, maintenance, preventive maintenance, and grounds keeping. Submit purchase orders and order all requested supplies in a timely manner. Receive and distribute supplies to the appropriate area of the clinic. Assist in the reconciling of inventory distribution monthly for correct allocation to the departments. Maintain inventory of required stock, and order when levels drop below standards. Make supply runs outside of facility. Coordinate with vendors for air conditioning and plumbing repairs. Report unsafe environment resulting from damage to furniture, equipment or to the facility. Conduct and document monthly safety walk through inspections. Coordinate facilities maintenance and repair requests. Assure compliance with health regulations by cleaning all patient areas during business hours. Check bathrooms on an hourly basis and clean area if needed. Sweep, mop, run vacuum, empty trash, clean toilets and sinks, dust, clean windows, and general clean-up exterior of building per Housekeeping and Building Maintenance schedule. Contribute to clinic appearance by clearing sidewalks, reporting damaged landscape, and requesting contract labor when necessary. Painting from prep to finish. Conduct small plumbing jobs, clear obstructions from sink drains and toilets. Install and repair plumbing fixtures. Assist with driving the dental van as applicable. Inspect, maintain and repair light ballasts along with small electrical jobs as needed. QualificationsEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High School diploma or equivalency Previous experience managing warehouse supplies Previous cleaning/janitorial experience in a health care setting Previous maintenance and repair experience
