Job DetailsJob Location: CG ARIZOLA - CASA GRANDE, AZ 85122Position Type: Full-timeJob Shift: 8am-7pm Mon-Fri, 4 shifts/weekSTATEMENT OF PURPOSE: A hybrid pharmacist serves a dual role of working in both the Community Pharmacy and Clinical Pharmacy setting. This individual is expected to serve the needs of the organization in fulfilling community and clinical pharmacy staffing requirements. While serving as a Clinical Pharmacist, this individual will follow the job duties as outlined in the Clinical Pharmacist job description. While serving as a Staff Pharmacist, this individual will follow the job duties as outlined in the Staff Pharmacist job description. QualificationsEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Graduate of ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy with a PharmD degree Current Arizona State Board of Pharmacy License Experience as a Clinical/Community Pharmacist in a similar setting preferred
